Please note: this is only for papers, workshops, and poster presentations that have been officially accepted to ASOR's 2020 Academic Program. This is not for submitting new abstracts or proposals.

 

 


 

Virtual Office Hours 

 

  • ASOR is holding virtual office hours in October to help with anyone who needs “live” support via Zoom. Please contact Jared Koller [jaredkoller@asor.org] to sign-up for a time: Mondays & Tuesday from 3:00-5:00pm (ET) and Wednesday & Thursday from 9:00-11:00am (ET).

Presentation Requirements

 

  • ASOR is providing a template slide that is required to be the first slide for all Virtual Annual Meeting presentations regardless of the format (.mp4, .pdf, .ppt., .pptx) | DOWNLOAD​​​​​​

  • The maximum time for pre-recorded paper presentations is 20 minutes

  • Are you presenting in Workshop (designated by the word "Workshop" in parentheses on the program)? Check with the workshop organizer(s) for instructions about the presentation format.
